Court of Handball issues decision on Brest Bretagne Handball case

The EHF Court of Handball has issued its decision in a case concerning the EHF Champions League Women 2024/25 play-offs second leg match between Brest Bretagne Handball (FRA) and HC Podravka Vegeta (CRO), held on 29 March 2025.

The case was initiated following the absence of mandatory sponsor floor stickers at the venue, constituting a breach of the EHF regulations.

As a result, the Court of Handball has imposed a fine of €8,000 on Brest Bretagne Handball. Of this amount, €2,000 has been imposed on a suspended basis.

An appeal may be filed with the EHF Court of Appeal within seven days.
