Spain's Xavier Gonzalez and Germany's Dávid Móré made their way once again into the All-star Team, just like two years ago at the Men's 18 EHF EURO 2022.
Both of them are exquisite wing players, with Gonzalez operating on the right side, and Móré on the left. For the Spaniard, this is actually his third participation in the All-star Team in the biggest tournaments, because he enjoyed the same accolade at last year's Men's IHF Youth World Championship.
Best left back of the tournament is Denmark's Frederik Pedersen, last year's MVP at the Men's IHF World Youth Championships.
Pedersen's compatriot Hjalte Lykke did not get the revenge he wanted against Spain in the semi-finals, but an award for best playmaker will surely make him feel good about his individual performance in Slovenia.
Norway's Patrick Anderson is named best right back having finished second in the scoring charts, with 70 goals. He fell short only six goals to the top scorer Óli Mittún. Anderson wrapped up his tournament scoring 11 goals against Iceland, although his team lost in the match for seventh place.
Austria's Leon Bergmann takes home the award for best goalkeeper with 33.6 per cent success rate. He not only impressed with saves, but also with a few goals scored from his own half.
Two years ago at the Men's 18 EHF EURO one Swede was best defender, and this year the tradition is upheld. Back then it was Pelle Segertoft, and this time Theodor Uliana Starck. Portuguese giant Ricardo Brandão is best line player.
