The Women's Handball Conference features one full day programme with an evening reception, followed by a half day programme. Various packages to attend are available, including the option for accommodation and tickets to Women’s EHF EURO 2024, which the conference is running in conjunction with.
Following on from the success of the inaugural conference in 2022, which had a general focus, this year's edition has four key components for its lectures and breakout sessions; grassroots, leadership, female empowerment, and operations.
Presenters and breakout sessions will focus on certain core topics, each of which has its own slogan, giving further insights to the big-picture theme of the subjects covered.
“She plays handball” — approaching the new generation
“inspiring HERstory” — social sustainability in women’s handball
“empowering HERstory” — women’s empowerment and leadership
“encourage, empower and inspire” — tools and techniques
The agenda will be of interest for national and regional federations, clubs, institutions with roles in women’s sport, NGOs and anyone interested in the continued development of handball.
The first edition of the Women’s Handball Conference saw the participation of more than 130 attendees from 32 countries. Up to 150 places will be available at the 2024 edition, so do not delay! It's your opportunity to learn, connect and drive positive change in women's handball.
