At the webinar, we have the opportunity to hear from two speakers who will be presenting at the Women's Handball Conference 2024 in Vienna in December.
Tanja Sarenac is an EHF expert who will be familiar to regular attendees of the webinars. The Co-founder & CEO of Total Movement and coaching specialist spoke at the webinar titled "Basics of Strength and Conditioning in Handball", while she also has contributed to the EHF's Respect Your Talent programme.
During her career, she has worked closely with some of today's best handball players in the world, such as Andrea Lekic, Kay Smits, and Jovanka Radicevic.
Jennie Linnéll is an EHF Expert and, as a former player, she will provide vital first-hand knowledge. Currently working as a development project manager at the Swedish Handball Federation, she is responsible for projects such as Hand the Ball and I-PROTECT.
Moderated by Matej Nekoranec, the panel will discuss the following topics;
- the training and coaching of female handball players
- injury prevention techniques for female sportspeople.
- psychology, recovery, and nutrition for female players.
- Tanja and Jennie will also give a brief insight on the topics covered in December.
This webinar is ideal for everyone involved in women's handball at all ages and levels, including players, coaches, club officials and those involved in the management of the sport.
