Montenegro qualify for the main round if:
- they win or draw against Czechia
- lose to Czechia BUT Romania do not win against Serbia
- lose to Czechia AND Romania beat Serbia, IF Montenegro either lose by no more than two goals, or lose by three goals or more, but score at least 28
- if they lose to Czechia 27:30 AND Romania beat Serbia by no more than five goals
Czechia qualify for the main round if:
- they win against Montenegro
- draw with Montenegro AND Romania draw or lose against Serbia
- lose to Montenegro AND Serbia beat Romania by four goals or fewer
- lose to Montenegro AND Serbia beat Romania by five goals, but score no more than 30 goals
- lose to Montenegro by five goals or fewer AND Serbia beat Romania 31:26
- lose to Montenegro by six goals while scoring at least 19 goals, AND Serbia beat Romania 31:26
Romania qualify for the main round if:
- they win against Serbia AND Czechia draw or lose against Montenegro
- they win against Serbia AND Czechia win against Montenegro by four or more goals
- they draw against Serbia AND Czechia lose to Montenegro
Serbia qualify for the main round if:
- they win against Romania by six goals or more AND Czechia lose to Montenegro
- they win against Romania by five goals, while scoring at least 32 goals, AND Czechia lose to Montenegro
- they win 31:26 against Romania AND Czechia lose to Montenegro by seven or more goals
- they win 31:26 against Romania AND Czechia lose to Montenegro by six goals, while scoring 17 goals or fewer

Denmark have qualified for the main round
Switzerland qualify for the main round if they win or draw against Croatia
The Faroe Islands qualify for the main round if:
- they win against Denmark AND Croatia win against Switzerland, AND they maintain a better goal difference than Croatia
- they win against Denmark with five goals’ less difference than Croatia win against Switzerland, while scoring at least two goals or more than Croatia
Croatia qualify for the main round if:
- they win against Switzerland AND the Faroe Islands draw or lose against Denmark
- they win against Switzerland AND the Faroe Islands win against Denmark, IF Croatia win with six goals or more difference against Switzerland than the Faroe Islands against Denmark
- they win against Switzerland AND the Faroe Islands win against Denmark, IF Croatia win with five goals more than the Faroe Islands, BUT the Faroe Islands do not score more goals than Croatia

The Netherlands are qualified for the main round
Germany qualify for the main round if they win or draw against Iceland
Iceland qualify for the main round if they win against Germany
