The presentations of the next two EHF EUROs have been made - we're in for a treat at both the Women's EHF EURO 2026 and the Men's EHF EURO 2028, with the co-hosts of each tournament well advanced in their planning. The press conference so far has covered the events' organisation, increasing engagement from fans (that's you reading this, and commenting and liking our social media, so thank you), and TV audiences. Last night's semi-final between Germany and Croatia reached eight million viewers, a 35 per cent market share, EHF Secretary General Martin Hausleitner revealed, and the main round game between Denmark and Germany had a whopping 68 per cent share of the TV audience. How many will sit down to watch the final?
EHF President Michael Wiederer also spoke about scheduling and plans to adapt this in the future - you can read more about that topic here.
The press conference continues, so stay tuned for more, including the presentation of the next tournaments.

In yesterday's semi-finals referee cameras were used for the first time at a European handball event - you may have spotted some of the images they captured. The cameras, worn on the referees' heads, show the action from their perspective, and add extra dimensions to what you see when watching a handball match on TV.
Read more about the initiative here, and look out for more RefCam clips on the Home of Handball YouTube channel and social media in the days to come.
